BOOKS and MERCHANDISE (other than clothing):
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on book and merchandise (other than clothing) unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your book or merchandise arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number to HappyHappyLivingCo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
CLOTHING:
We accept returns for clothing within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
To start a return, please contact us at HappyHappyLivingCo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to refund your purchase price. Please email us at HappyHappyLivingCo@gmail.com to arrange for return of the item and your refund.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
